A power on reset circuit is provided to reduce power consumption while decreasing a stand-by current and to output a stable power-on reset signal even if an internal voltage is unstable. In a power on reset circuit, a voltage detector detects an internal voltage on power-on and output an detected voltage. A reset signal generator generates a power-on reset signal by reversing the detected voltage. A feedback circuit(260) cuts off a current of a detector according to the level of the power-on reset signal. A discharge circuit(250) discharges the detected voltage in response to the internal voltage and the power-on reset signal. |
