<p>On one surface (7a) of an object (7) to which a flowmeter is to be attached, openings (8a, 9a) of an introducing channel (8) and a lead-out channel (9) of a fluid are arranged. A flow-in port (23b) and a flow-out port (23c) connected to the openings of the introducing channel and the lead-out channel are arranged on one surface (23a). A flowmeter (1) measures a flow volume of the fluid by a flow volume sensor (31) arranged on a channel (24) connecting the flow-in port and the flow-out port. On the one surface (23a) of the flowmeter, grooves (26), each of which is composed of an outer circumference groove (26a) surrounding the flow-in port and the flow-out port and a partitioning groove (26b) partitioning the flow-in port and the flow-out port one from the other, are continuously formed. In a seal member (4), an outer circumference section (4a), which fits in the outer circumference groove, and a partitioning section (4b), which fits in the partitioning groove, are integrally formed, and the seal member is fitted in the groove (26). In the partitioning groove, tensile force applying means (26e, 26f) for applying a tensile force to the partitioning section are arranged.</p> |
