A locking/unlocking apparatus of a flip connector of a hard disk drive is provided to lock and unlock a flip to/from the flip connector easily and accurately. A locking/unlocking apparatus for a flip connector(52) of a PCBA(Printed Circuit Board Assembly) in a hard disk drive comprises a main body(60) which is arranged in the flip connector area in order to couple or remove a connection terminal, which is electrically connected to the flip connector, to the flip connector; a lever(70) provided on the main body in order to operate a flip(53) connected to the flip connector so that the connection terminal is locked to or unlocked from the flip connector; and a button(90) provided on the main body and pressed to operate the lever.
