A carbon fiber deposition filter is formed into a net type by manufacturing alloy by using two metals or more from Fe, Ni, Al, Si, SiC, Cu, Mn, Cr and using the alloy, and is manufactured by supplying one or more from methane, ethane, propane, butane, ethylene, benzene at a state where there is no oxygen at the temperature of 300~1000deg.C. A mixing ratio of the methanol and the ethanol is 0.1%~99.9%.
