A FLOOD FORECASTING/WARNING SYSTEM CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING REMOTE CONTROL

A flood forecasting/warning system is provided to not only measure RTU(Real Terminal Unit) and S/N ratio without office help, but also store data recorded at an observation station into TM(Telemetering) at a main control center. An observation station includes a data recording unit recording data from a rain gauge(110) and a water gauge(120) and includes RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) which receives data from a rain gauge and water gauge, backup data from the recording unit and transmits the obtained data to outside when transmission is required. A TM(Telemetering) device receives data from the RTU and a control server supports IP protocol communication. A control center(200) includes the control server performs an operation according to a remote control through a communication server. A mobile terminal(300) calls the remote terminal by controlling a control server through a mobile communication network and includes a test support querying data stored at the TM device.
