<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which is equipped with a wire, an electrode, or a terminal electrode, having an oxide coating film with high adhesiveness to a substrate formed thereon so as to prevent oxidation of a wiring material and so on, and having high conductivity, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrode terminal of a TFT substrate constituting the liquid crystal display device, the electrode terminal formed on an insulating body is characterized in that it comprises a conductive layer containing copper as a main component and an oxide to coat the conductive layer containing copper as the main component, wherein the oxide has a laminated structure composed of itself and a transparent electrode, the laminated portion forms an ohmic junction, and the oxide contains manganese oxide as a main component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
