PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical switch which prevents scattering light from being coupled to an optical transmission line to which optical coupling of scattered light should not be performed in the first place. SOLUTION: The optical switch A is provided with a first optical transmission line 11, a second optical transmission line 12, a third optical transmission line 13, a first reflecting body 21 and a second reflecting body 22. In a first arranged state, the end part 11a of the first optical transmission line 11 and the end part 12a of the second optical transmission line 12 are optically coupled by the first reflection body 21; in a second arranged state, the end part 11a of the first optical transmission line 11 and the end part 13a of the third optical transmission line 13 are optically coupled by the second reflecting body 22, and a light-shielding body 50 is provided to the first reflecting body 21. The light-shielding body 50 is provided to the first reflecting body 21 so that the direct optical coupling between the mirror face 21a of the first reflecting body 21, and the end part 13a of the third optical transmission line 13 is blocked in the first arranged state so that the direct optical connection between the mirror face 22a of the second reflecting body 22 and the end part 12a of the second optical transmission line 12 is blocked in the second arranged state.
