PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor fitting which enables an ALC panel to be accurately mounted on a building frame, without decreasing the strength of a structure, even if a mounting position is displaced by the displacement of a reinforcing bar mat, the deflection of a beam or a column, etc., the ALC panel, and an ALC panel mounting structure. SOLUTION: This anchor fitting (1) for being embedded in the ALC panel is used together with a panel mounting bolt (5) having one end with a T-shaped locking portion (6), so as to fix the ALC panel to the building frame. The anchor fitting (1) has a main approximately-cylindrical body with an indoor side surface in which an approximately rectangular opening (3) elongated in a length direction is formed. The opening (3) is formed in such a shape as to allow the insertion of the locking portion (6), and such a shape as to engage the panel mounting bolt (5) with the main body via the locking portion (6) when the panel mounting bolt (5) is circumferentially rotated in the state of the insertion of the locking portion (6).
