PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily produceable and moldable thermoplastic elastomer composition in a gel shape having≤40A hardness at room temperature, having excellent moisture retention, hardly causing oil-bleeding feeling, having slippery feeling on the surface, having excellent adhesiveness to a film of a polyethylene, a polyurethane or the like, hardly tearing off at high temperature under high pressure, and having excellent oil resistance and compression set, and to provide a molded article thereof. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. softening agent for nonaromatic hydrocarbon-based rubber, (b) 3-110 pts.wt. hydrogenated and/or partially hydrogenated block copolymer, (c) 0.1-30 pts.wt. surfactant and (d) 0.01-10 pts.wt. organic peroxide.
