PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sol solvent composition having excellent room-temperature fluidity and fluidity of a molten resin and an extremely small change with the lapse of time at room temperature and a sol-like thermoplastic resin composition using the same. SOLUTION: The sol solvent composition comprises (a) 100 parts by weight of an aqueous solvent, (b) 0.1-30 parts by weight of a surfactant, (c) 0.1-10 parts by weight of a foaming agent, preferably (d) 0.1-10 parts by weight of a viscosity modifier and (e) 0.1-10 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent. The sol-like thermoplastic resin composition further comprises (f) 5-250 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin based on (a) 100 parts by weight of the aqueous solvent of the components of the sol solvent composition.
