PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adenosine A<SB>2a</SB>receptor antagonists. SOLUTION: Adenosine A<SB>2a</SB>receptor antagonists, use of the compound for treatment of central nervous system diseases (especially, Parkinson's disease), and pharmaceutical composition containing the compound, are provided. And a process preparing pyrimidine derivatives is provided. Compounds having structural formula (A), including pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates of the compound, wherein X, Y, Q and R are as defined in the specification, pharmaceutical compositions of the compound, methods of treating central nervous system diseases by administering the compound to a patient in need of such treatment, and processes for preparing the compound, are provided.
