PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual package of a sanitary tampon capable of being easily opened and preventing unpredicted opening when it is carried. SOLUTION: For the individual package, a tampon with an applicator is enclosed in a bag body which comprises an opening part with one, two or more cut parts continuously or intermittently formed in a prescribed direction and a buffer structure part formed on one side or both sides of the opening part in an opening direction orthogonal to the prescribed direction and is formed in a vertically long shape. The buffer structure part is configured such that, when prescribed force for moving a part of the individual package to the opening direction side is applied at a prescribed position more on the opening direction side than the buffer structure part, the prescribed force is transmitted to the opening part.
