摘要 The invention relates to purification of contaminated air and industrial gases from harmful impurities and can be used in various industries for removing gaseous and dispersed impurities from gases, as well as for air cleaning in personal service rooms.The aim of said invention is to increase a cleaning efficiency, the method for gas purification from harmful impurities is characterized by passing flow of gas to be purified between a liquid precipitation grounded electrode formed by water stream flowing over the inner housing surface, and a mounted co-axially electrode with needles and connected to 10-300 kV AC or DC power source, forming a reaction zone between the needle pins and the liquid precipitation grounded electrode for generating atomic hydrogen for reducing chemical components of detrimental impurities and collecting them on said liquid precipitation grounded electrode as elementary substances, according to the invention gas is directed to the reaction zone, an annular channel is mounted above the reaction zone in the upper part of the housing, water is fed tangentially to the annular channel, which is then redirected for the flow stabilization and create rotating water movement in the inner housing surface which is embodied cylindrical, the gas stream is directed downwards imparting a rotary motion thereof, thus forming counter directed water and gas flows.Improvement in purification efficiency and increase of the plant output is characterized in that the plant for gas purification comprises a housing with a liquid precipitation electrode on the inner housing surface, a unit for gas supply and an electrode with needles and connected to a power source, the needles are arranged at the electrode outer surface forming a reaction zone between needle ends and the a liquid precipitation electrode for generating atomic hydrogen, according to the invention the plant comprises a pipe branch for air supply mounted coaxially to the housing and annular channel with a pipe branch for water supply mounted tangentially, slots are formed in the annular channel for creating water rotary movement, a unit for gas supply has guide vanes, and the housing is cylindrical.
