The invention relates to a process of manufacturing high-strength, multilayer glasses, in particular, colored triplexes for use in building, automobile and furniture industries.A method for manufacturing high-strength multilayer colored glass comprises assembling a glass pack with a clearance, filling the clearance with a photo-hardened composition based on a liquid oligomer-monomer mixture and subsequent photo-hardening of said composition. Prior to the clearance filing and for creating a wide range of colors in a finished triplex a dispersed dye is added into the photo-hardening composition, the dye particles are dispersed to size from 1 to 100 nanometers. |
