A system is provided to reduce the number of rotation of motor through reduction gears which are composed of a spur gear or a worm gear. A system for increase in speed of revolution at output includes a first rotator(310) which is connected with a frame(100) to be rotated and delivers the torque through divided plural power transmission units with a minimum torque; a second rotator(330) which is rotated freely in the frame and connected with the first rotator through a rotatory power transmission unit(500); a third rotator(350) connected with the second rotator and an output axis(600) to transmit the power from the second rotator to the output axis through a rotatory power transmission unit.
