<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display apparatus with which digital images provided via an external recording medium can be easily viewed, even if the user does not possess a personal computer or other display apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A communication/medium change-over switch 64 of the image display apparatus 50 selectively performs switching, between a digital image data supplied from an external recording medium via a socket 53 and a digital image data read from a built-in memory 63, and sends the data to an image processing block 65. Digital image data read from the built-in memory 63 is sent to the image processing block 65 as normal state, however, when an external recording medium is set in the socket 53, the communication/medium change-over switch 64 is activated, and a digital image data supplied from the external recording medium via the socket 53 is selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
