<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of satisfying productivity at the time of double-sided copy without generating jam and the like due to collision of a following sheet to a preceding sheet, and without enlarging a device. <P>SOLUTION: Sheet stop positions for making a single-face-recorded sheet wait for a double-sided copy are located on a double-sided reversion path 508 and a double-sided conveying path 509. When it is detected that all of the sheet stop positions are filled with the sheets, re-feeding for double-sided copy of a leading sheet waiting at the sheet stop position is controlled to be done before an image formation start, which is an ordinary sheet feeding timing. The leading sheet fed before the image formation start timing is conveyed to a position capable of securing the sheet stop position, and once stopped, so as to adjust a timing with the image formation start timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
