PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition for optical waveguides having both transparency and heat resistance, and an adhesive sheet for optical waveguides and an optical device produced using the same. SOLUTION: The adhesive resin composition for optical waveguides is a resin composition containing (A) a functional group-containing high molecular weight component having a weight average molecular weight of≥100,000, (B) an epoxy resin, (C) a phenolic epoxy resin curing agent, (D) a photoreactive monomer a cured product of which obtained by ultraviolet irradiation has a Tg of≥250°C, and (E) a photoinitiator which generates a base and a radical upon irradiation with ultraviolet light having a wavelength of 200-450 nm, wherein a cured product of the composition has a total light transmittance of≥80% and a light transmittance at a wavelength of 700-1,600 nm of≥80%. The adhesive sheet for optical waveguides is composed of the adhesive resin composition and a supporting base.
