<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method for an aeration apparatus in which a time lag of an aeration cycle does not arise even when a load fluctuates substantially due to the variation of the amount of inflow waste water and in which the frequent change of setting is not needed under a low load at the beginning of use etc. with proper nitration/denitrification proceeded along with intermittent aeration. <P>SOLUTION: The operation control method for the aeration apparatus comprises an aerobic treatment and anaerobic treatment carried out alternately in a time series by continuously agitating and intermittently aerating the waste water in an aeration tank 1. The operation of the aeration apparatus 3 is intermittently controlled in such a way that a dissolved oxygen sensor 6 in the aeration tank 1 senses a dissolved oxygen value, which is transmitted by a controller 8 as a sense signal to an inverter 9 for rotation controlling of the aeration apparatus 3, and that, on the basis of a sampling time and aeration cycle which are preset in advance, an index dissolved oxygen value for calculating the load amount of the inflow waste water, and a desired dissolved oxygen value for ensuring the stable denitrification, the aerobic treatment and anaerobic treatment are carried out alternately in the above aeration cycle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
