PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield sheet of which a fine mesh pitch and high picture quality are available at mesh formation process, in manufacturing a filter for PDP, with less damage at the process. SOLUTION: An easy adhesion laminate thermoplastic resin film is characterized in that a laminate film whose main components are melamine cross-linking agent (C) and two kinds of polyester resins having different glass transition temperature, with surface energy being 48-55 mN/m, is provided on the substrate surface where a mesh is provided. The glass transition temperature of polyester resin (A) having high glass transition temperature is 110°C or higher and that of polyester resin (B) having low glass transition temperature is 60°C to less than 110°C. The melamine cross-linking agent (C) is 75-200 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight in total of two kinds of polyester resin. After a metal layer is formed on the surface of the same, the metal layer is made into a mesh structure using laser ablation or micro lithography method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
