PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker structure which actualizes vibration-proof effect and higher sound quality by both insulating vibrations with lower hardness with a vibration-proof member and stably holding a speaker. SOLUTION: A speaker-fitting mechanism includes the speaker, a speaker frame for fitting the speaker to a cabinet, a first vibration-proof member provided on the front of the speaker, a second vibration-proof member provided at a screw clamping portion of the speaker frame, and a rib having an internal wall which is formed enclosing a sound hole of the cabinet and tilts obliquely to the sound hole side, and is characterized in that the first vibration-proof member and the second vibration-proof member come into contact with the oblique internal wall of the rib enclosing the sound hole of the cabinet while elastically compressed.
