PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver content data only to a client terminal present in an object area by specifying the geographic location of the client terminal connected to the Internet. SOLUTION: Connection route information with a client terminal communicably connected through the Internet, first user information from the client terminal, second user information from a cellular phone terminal, and geographic information are acquired to specify geographic information for the client terminal from the correspondence of the first user information with the second user information, and content data is delivery so as to be reproducible within a predetermined area according to the specified geographic information. According to this, the content data can be delivered only to the client terminal present within the object area to reproduce it by specifying the geographic location of the client terminal.
