PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a game machine, reducing a fully occupying space of a locking member preventing unlawful operation of a hook member. SOLUTION: A casing side mounting plate 11 is provided with a guide shaft 15 and a shaft 34. A locking member 33 is provided with a pair of guide holes 33a, 33a extending parallel to each other. The guide shaft 15 and the shaft 34 are inserted in the respective guide holes 33a, 33a to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the guide hole 33a.
