PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic powder container capable of preventing cosmetic powder from being discharged from the inside of a container body. SOLUTION: A valve seat member 50 is engaged with an outlet of a cap body 60 by engaging means, and has a disk part 54 having a plurality of valve holes 52 for discharging the content of the container body 70 and a valve seat part 56 vertically extending from the disk part 54. An on/off valve 30 is composed of a pusher 32 having a plurality of spouts 32a for spouting the content inside the container body 70 to the outside; an extension part 34 extending vertically downward from the center of the pusher 32 and having an expanded part 34a formed at a lower stage to penetrate the outlet 64 of the container body 70; and a valve element 36 connected to the lower stage of the extension part 34 not to be detached from the expanded part 34a to selectively open/close the valve holes 52 while sliding along the valve seat part 56 of the valve seat member 50. An elastic presser member 40 is disposed between the valve seat member 50 and one side of the open/close valve 30.
