PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural management method comprising aging a mandarin orange during winter until spring so as to have a high sugar content without causing any damages on its skin while hanging down on an orange tree. SOLUTION: The agricultural management method comprises employing transverse frames 12a which wrap the mandarin orange tree, stands in a direction of gravity, and is formed into a parabolic state and at least two pieces of which come across to each other to fix the cross sectional point; at least two pieces of vertical frames 12b formed into a circular form horizontally cross with respective transverse frames at the inside of the transverse frames to be fixed at the cross sectional point; a supporting frame 13 which is fixedly displaced on the ground beneath the mandarin orange tree and to which the frame end part of the transverse frame part is fixed; and a plastic cover which wraps the transverse frames.
