A livestock feces separating device is provided to prevent the waste of the domestic animals from heaping up in the floor by installing an excrements separating device. A livestock feces separating device comprises: a lid part(10) forming a plurality of through-holes; a filter layer(20) which is comprised of rice straws and stores feces passed through the lid part; a strainer(30) formed of a plurality of minute holes filtering urine finally; and a collection tank(40) in which a bottom is inclined to discharge urine filtered through the strainer and an outlet is formed in the end part of the inclined bottom.
