<p>An organic TFT(Thin Film Transistor) for a flexible display is provided to improve the electric properties of TFT by eliminating a joining part between a drain region and a pixel electrode. An organic TFT(Thin Film Transistor) for a flexible display is able to improve the electric properties of TFT which is made of conductive polymer. The organic TFT comprises TFT 1.b made of organic materials for driving a pixel electrode 1.be; and a substrate 1.a made of flexible organic materials. A joining part of a drain region and a pixel electrode is eliminated and integrated.</p> |
