<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation control method of an automatic machine, which improves productivity by shortening a takt time. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic operation control method is used in an automatic machine employing a servo motor 41 driven based on a program. The control method has a step S10 of calculating an effective torque of the servo motor 41, a step S11 of comparing the effective torque calculated in the step S10 with a threshold based on a rated torque, and a step S17 of decreasing a load rate of the servo motor 41 if the effective torque is not less than the threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
