PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary saw capable of always holding the projection quantity of an end projection formed on the right and left of a tip substantially constant, without being influenced by polishing accuracy. SOLUTION: This rotary saw is formed by fixing a cemented carbide tip 4 on respective tool posts by projectingly forming a large number of tool posts in an outer peripheral part of a disk-like base metal. A sharp side surface cutting edge 7 is formed on both sides of the tip 4 by forming a vertical recessed part 5 extending in the tooth height direction on a rotation advancing side surface of the tip 4, and a horizontal recessed part 6 extending in the blade thickness direction by crossing with the vertical recessed part 5, is formed on the rotation advancing side surface of the tip 4, and the upper edge 6a of the horizontal recessed part 6 is displaced to the base part side from the tip of the side surface cutting edge 7. The upper edge 6a of the horizontal recessed part 6 is also displaced by about 0.5 mm to the base part side from the tip of the side surface cutting edge 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
