PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag integrated with chair by which a user can sit thereon in a stable state even in a crowded place and be free from sitting holding baggage, and which is improved in workability for using. SOLUTION: The bag 1 integrated with chair has two leg parts 2 placed at an interval and configured extendable, support parts 3 provided at lower both ends and the upper ends of the two leg parts 2, and a seat part 4 provided at the upper support parts. When baggage is put into the bag 1 integrated with chair, the baggage is put into a space in the bag. When a user uses the bag integrated with chair, after extending the leg parts 2 to suitable length, the user sits on the seat part 4 in a state of laying the hip thereon.
