PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically diffusive adhesive having good tackiness and high cohesive force, and suitable for optically functional film, especially for such a film for polarizing plate or the like, which is excellent in durability, high in shrinkage (for example, that having 0.8% or higher shrinkage), and to provide such an optically functional film with adhesive using the same. SOLUTION: The adhesive for optically functional film comprises (A) an adhesive resin component obtained by curing an adhesive resin-forming blend comprising (a) a (meth)acrylic ester-based copolymer, (b) a (meth)acrylic ester-based copolymer having on the side chain polymerizable unsaturated groups and (c) an energy ray-curable compound and (B) microparticles 0.1-20μm in average size. This adhesive is 2 MPa or higher in storage modulus (G') at 23°C. The optically functional film with adhesive having a layer of the adhesive on an optically functional film is also provided.
