<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the adhesion of a laminate layer excellent and to give a high gloss thereto. <P>SOLUTION: A dye accepting layer forming composition containing at least a dyeing resin, a mold release agent and a crosslinking agent is applied on at least one side of a base 12 and water droplets are formed on the applied composition. The composition is dried to remove the water droplets so that indentations 14 are formed. The base whereon the dye accepting layer forming composition is formed is subjected to aging so as to form a dye accepting layer 13 having the indentations 14 formed on the side onto which the laminate layer 3 is to be transferred. Thus, a thermal transfer object sheet 1 which has the dye accepting layer 13 keeping the indentations 14 cut in the base 12 is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
