<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounted parts inspection device, and mounted parts inspection method capable of easily and surely inspecting from image data without erroneous determination by taking image of the parts mounted on a substrate and applied with a coating agent. <P>SOLUTION: The parts 2 mounted on the substrate 1 and applied with the coating agent are imaged from different positions, and each captured image data Gb and Gc are converted into converted image data Gab and Gac which are the images taken from the prescribed position A. Based on the converted image data Gab and Gac, the defects of the mounted parts 2 are determined.
