PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for a lens delivering apparatus by which risk of cracking, tearing or breaking of the cartridge is small even when an IOL is inserted from a small cut opening. SOLUTION: This cartridge for the lens (IOL) delivering apparatus is equipped with a nozzle which has a thin wall at the terminal end and linearly extends. A reinforcing member is installed at a shifting section between a section for folding the lens having a tapered shape and the nozzle of the cartridge, and the reinforcing member assists so as to prevent the cartridge from being cracked, torn or broken. A stream guiding member in the nozzle adjusts a line (joining line) to which the distal end (distal end stream) of the stream is jointed to the position of 6 o'clock by making the stream of a material face the position of 12 o'clock during the molding.
