PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a difficulty of finding a suitable small room (for an office, a lookout station, and toilet) which is movable and easy to use in normal times, and to provide a small room which is easy to use, low in center of gravity, good in traveling stability, and can change the height thereof by a simple operation. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the small room, an upper half of a front surface of a room with a door is foldable frontward, and then an upper half of the room is bendable frontward about a room rear portion at a room intermediate height, as an axis, to thereby reduce the height of the room to a half.
