PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving the road noise of high frequency without degrading the road noise of low to medium frequency, or without impairing rolling resistance, riding comfort, steering stability, or other performance. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire T having a carcass 5 in which carcass plies 51, 52 are folded back and wound up from the inner side to the outer side of the tire around a bead core 4 embedded in a bead part 1, a reinforcement rubber layer 21 with the width in the tire radial direction being≥10% of the tire sectional height H is arranged in the tire circumferential direction along the carcass 5 in a range of 40-70% of the tire sectional height H from a bead base 10 side, and an organic fiber cord layer 22 with the width in the tire radial direction overlapping the reinforcing rubber layer 21 being≥20% of the tire sectional height H is arranged in a range of 25-75% of the tire sectional height H.
