摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool an electric equipment mounted at a position where trouble exists for cooling by traveling wind, and to eliminate reduction of fuel economy of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The cooling device 200 is constituted by a flat plate-like air-leading plate 204; a rotation shaft 220 penetrating through the air-leading plate 204 in a vertical direction of the vehicle; a motor 210 for rotating the air-leading plate 204 by rotating the rotation shaft 220; and a stay 230, i.e., a mounting fixture to a fuel tank 300. The motor 210 is controlled by ECU 500, and an angle of the air-leading plate 204 is controlled to a range that viscosity of a cooling oil filled at the inside of a rear motor generator unit 180 is not excessively raised (not excessive low temperature range) and to a range that the rear motor generator 180 exhibits sufficient ability (not excessive high temperature range) to lead the traveling air to the rear motor generator unit 180.
