PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side frame structure capable of performing the shaping of a boundary corner part from a lower part of a side surface in a seat back to be covered toward the front and rear surface and the lower surface without increasing the number of parts when putting the cover on the seat back. SOLUTION: In the structure of the side frame 20 of a back frame 10 of a vehicle seat, the side frame 20 is composed of a substrate 21 which has a lower edge 21a to be formed in a semi-circular shape and disposed upward having a predetermined right and left width, and a flange 22 which is formed by folding a folding part positioned at a peripheral edge of the substrate 21 along the edge of the substrate. A part of the folding part corresponding to the lower edge 21a of the folding part is notched and the flange 22 is formed by respectively folding the folding part in the inside direction of the vehicle seat from the both right and left edges 21b of the substrate 21 along the lower edge 21a with the notch as a boundary.
