Retrofit set for training apparatus has tank weight for filling with liquid exchangeable with solid weight and degree of filling altering device

The retrofit set is fitted to a training apparatus (10) for training against the force of a weight. It has a tank weight (16) for filling with liquid, which is exchangeable with the originally-fitted solid weight. A degree of filling altering device (20, 32) alters the extent to which the tank weight is filled during physical exercises.
