FLASH MEMORY FILE SYSTEM AND MOUNTING METHOD OF THE SAME

A flash memory file system and mounting method of the same is provided to supply a memory structure suitable to a large and reduce the amount of necessary memory by dividing an index area storing an index block and forming a memory. A flash memory file system divides an overall memory area into two areas; one is an upper area(13) and the other is lower area. An index storing an index block is formed at only the upper area. A data block storing data is formed at the upper area excepting for the index area and of the overall lower area(14). The data block(12) is recorded at the upper and lower area, and the index block is recorded at the upper area.
