A method for comprising a high efficiency generator is provided to reduce a basic load and increase the efficiency by using a ferrite, an iron core, even-numbered permanent magnets, and odd-numbered core units. A RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) of a motor(2) is controlled by using a frequency regulator(13) through an inverter(11) from a battery(10) after turning on a switch(12). Electricity is generated by operating a generator(1). After the outputted DC is stabilized at a condenser(4), the hertz is changed between 15,000 Hz and 20,000 Hz by a switching regulator(5). A load by a counter electromotive force is induced to zero or minus by passing the controlled current through a transformer(6). A value of an input current is maintained constantly or becomes minus by minimizing the input current of the motor although a power is used at an output terminal(14). The converted current is charged at a battery(10) by converting the AC passing through an inverter(7) into the DC. The remaining power after operating the motor is used as the power source through the output terminal.
