<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urea water supply device efficiently unfreezing urea water to supply it to an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine when the urea water is frozen. <P>SOLUTION: This device is applied to an internal combustion engine 10 having an exhaust emission control catalyst 17 arranged in an exhaust passage 18. Urea water stored in a urea water tank 21 is supplied to a part on the upstream side in an exhaust flow from the exhaust emission control catalyst 17 in the exhaust passage 18.
