PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition scarcely causing curing even in severe high-temperature environment exceeding 180°C, excellent in fluidity and developing sufficient lubricating properties and to provide a rolling device such as rolling bearing capable of being sufficiently used also for rotation part of devices exposed to high temperature exceeding 180°C. SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises, as a thickener, a mixture containing a diurethane compound and urethane urea compound and a diurea compound each having a specific structure in a specific ratio. The rolling device is equipped with a plurality of rolling elements rollably retained between an inner wheel and an outer wheel and encloses the grease composition therein.
