PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting method of a pelletized polyester capable of transporting the polyester pellets simply by gas-shooting without increasing a water content of the pellets when the polyester pellets are transported by gas-shooting, and to provide its storing method. SOLUTION: The transporting method of the pelletized aliphatic polyester of gas-shooting the pelletized aliphatic polyester with a compressed gas flow through a transporting tube comprises a gas-dehumidifying process of decreasing a moisture content in the gas used for the gas-shooting to adjust a dew point of the gas to a temperature not higher than 0°C, a gas-compressing process of compressing the gas the dew point of which is adjusted to a temperature of not higher than 0°C, a compressed gas supply process of supplying the compressed gas compressed in the gas-compressing process into the transporting tube at a rate of 50 to 600 Nm<SP>3</SP>/hour per one ton of the pelletized aliphatic polyester, and a transporting process of gas-shooting the pelletized aliphatic polyester with the compressed gas flow supplied to the transporting tube in the compressed gas supply process through a transporting tube.
