PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive array base station capable of guaranteeing speech quality of another base station connecting terminal and a present base station connecting terminal. SOLUTION: The adaptive array base station 202 which receives synchronous burst at the third slot (S701) of one frame from a terminal, performs synchronous burst beam transmission to the terminal in a direction where the synchronous burst is received at the sixth slot (S703) of one frame. Subsequently, the adaptive array base station 202 receives TCH burst at the third slot (S705) of two frames from the terminal. The adaptive array base station 202 performs synchronous burst NULL transmission to the terminal in a direction where the TCH burst is received at the sixth slot (S707) of two frames.
