PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing for a wheel with a bidirectional communication function having a tire air pressure sensor, capable of performing bidirectional communication between a rotating side and a fixed side and supplying power to the sensor, and allowing reduction of the number of parts and improvement of the degree of flexibility in design without the necessity of providing a transmission means in a tire. SOLUTION: A bidirectional communication means 21 performing bidirectional communication by non-contact is provided between an outer member 1 and an inner member 2. A tire air pressure sensor S1 for detecting air pressure of the tire Ta of a wheel WL mounted in the inner member 2 is provided. A bidirectional communication auxiliary means 39 on a rotating side for supplying power and transmitting an output of the sensor to the tire air pressure sensor S1 via the bidirectional communication means 21 is provided in the inner member 2.
