PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam producible by an easy method and having≤1.0μm average cell diameter, to provide a method for producing the foam and to provide a light reflector composed of the polyurethane foam. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam is a foam of the polyurethane prepared by reacting a polyol component (A) containing [polyol (A-1)] having <400 molecular weight and [polyol (A-2)] having≥400 molecular weight with a polyisocyanate component (B).
