<p>Producing a permanent magnetic molded part from a polymer carrier material filled with magnetic filler material on basis of at least a starting material heat-vulcanized silicone rubber, comprises mixing and homogenizing at least one starting material of the silicone rubber before the vulcanization with hard magnetic ferrite particle and/or rare earth metal particle as magnetic filler material, subsequently applying the homogenized mixture by means of a tempered screw in a molded cavity and crosslinking under heat supply in the molded cavity to form the molded part by vulcanization. Producing a permanent magnetic molded part from a polymer carrier material filled with a magnetic filler material on basis of at least a starting material heat-vulcanized silicone rubber, comprises mixing and homogenizing at least one starting material of the silicone rubber before the vulcanization with hard magnetic ferrite particle and/or rare earth metal particle as magnetic filler material, subsequently applying the homogenized mixture by means of a tempered screw in a molded cavity and crosslinking under heat supply in the molded cavity to form the molded part by vulcanization, where during the crosslinking in the molded cavity, a static magnetic field is produced in the molded cavity and the magnetic filler material is magnetized and/or adjusted in the crosslinked silicone rubber. An independent claim is included for the permanent magnetic molded part, produced from a silicone rubber filled with the magnetic filler material.</p> |
