A fishing pole length adjusting apparatus is provided to fix a fishing rod of small diameter which is drawn in multi-stages to a fishing rod of big diameter easily. A length controller(100) is formed of clamping portions(101,102) divided into some units. The clamping portion is formed of a high declined part(112) in which inclination gets higher when each cut-out part faces to the tip-end part. The cut-out part has the declined part on the length right side. The upper part of the declined part has an angle of inclination to keep the cut-out part horizontal. It makes coupling of cut-out parts facilitated by making the left side of the cut-out part slant. If first and second joint nuts(103,104) positioned in the back-end of the cut-out part are turned, an extrusion pressing portion(110) gradually presses the declined part of cut-out part and the fishing rod of the small diameter is fixed to a handle.
