A vent flap is provided in which can be manufactured very simply and cheaply, and equips with reliable sealing on carrier part. A continuous elastic member(20) is formed around a frame(12). The elastic member includes a seal(24) which at least one portion is made of a second material in at least one portion. The elastic member partly contact with the carrier portion of the vehicles. The seal is arranged on the side of the elastic member, facing to the part of the carrier. Among the soft elements, the rate made of the seal is decreased up to minimum. The elastic member is made of soft material and exerts force compressing tightly against the carrier part of vehicle.
